Hi, shark not attacking me? Any suggestions?

So I'm working to get the "Out of your depth" achievement, where on the internet it says you have to get attacked and killed by a shark?? I have no problem getting the sharks to spawn--They show up pretty quickly for me, the problem is: every time I leave my boat and go swim up to it--It just runs away from me?? It doesn't seem to want to attack or kill me whatsoever?? Do u have to use the yellow submarine at the docks? Or the dinghy?? Or does it not matter what kind of boat you use???

Just get in a plane and fly until your plane breaks apart and when you hit the water get out and done

Either:

1. You have Invincibility cheat activated

2. You activated god mode cheat (using trainer)

Yes! Unlocked officially as of today!! Thank you airplane guy!! Only got a few more achievements left and done with game!!
