[GTA:SA] Black Screen when loading save

Hi guys,

 

So I installed 2 mods which are a full car pack and Ultimate Graphics Mod 2.0 which work perfectly, however when I try to load a save and my screen goes black. I can still ESC to main menu like I am in the game. When I start a new game it works normally. But If I try to load that save the same thing happens, anyone knows how to fix that please?

When I keep the game on for around 10 minutes the game loads and I can play. I dont understand this bug o.O
