GTA SA: How i can change the Sound Stereo to Mono

I Have a problems with my Stereo Speakers, my left side sound good, but recently looks like my right side speaker is break, in the PC version of San Andreas dosen,t have the option of sound output because i want to change to mono, i don,t have this problems with GTA 3 and Vice City, exist a mod for change sound output or I need a third party program? :panic:
