I'd like to: -add a road between the one to the airport and the one to the Wichita Gardens Porter tunnel entry -replace the damaged road in Saint Mark's by a functional one -remove the cones blocking the latter road -lower some walls on the serpenting road in Shoreside Vale plus the one to the nort-western Wichita gardens towers and save my work in a new file (I suppose an IPL one is the best choice) but unfortunately I don't know how to do this. Editing the vanilla IPL files makes my game unstable. I already spent some time looking at Moo mapper's help but can't find any solution to my problem.
