Hey All.

 

How many of you penny-pinch unnecessarily and deny yourself simple pleasures because you're too stingy to part with your cash ?

 

There's a Sprunk machine near my laptop inside my bunker, and I sometimes weigh up the need to actually spend a WHOLE dollar on health recovery, by analysing how low my health is, and stuff like that. It's pretty sad and comically ridiculous .

 

Does anyone else have a funny story to tell on how miserly they've become at hoarding and spending their cash? Like it actually matters!

Do you run around picking up every dollar on the ground while attempting to avoid enemy fire, and congratulate yourself on the extra $100 saved? I do

 

I've heard some funny stories of people with 500 million in the bank and STILL not buying a two-car garage.

 

I would like to hear your fun stories.

I have around 80mil and I still never use Ghost Org/off the radar/bst because I feel like im losing too much money. I dont even use body armor and try to avoid using snacks so I wont have to go to the store and buy them. Sometimes I just kill myself to get full hp instead of snacking again which is kinda stupid since you lose 500$ when you die, and snacks would cost me like 5$, but I still do it.

Well, i have "plenty" of cash worth 10 millions, but i rarely buy stuff.
My properties: Del Perro Heights apt 7, 140 Zancudo Avenue, Great Chaparral Clubhouse, San Chianski Mountain Range Weed Farm, Chumash Bunker.
I have like 15 PVs in total, most of them are pickups or sedans. The most expensive are Half-Track.

I don't feel like buying office, yacht, planes, sportcars, because i don't know what to do with them anyway.

Yes.

I remember the time i literally "threw away" my money. I was trying to get that soda from wending machine, but my character didn't play animation for some reason. I kept spamming "E" button and didn't actually pay attention on my cash counter. Then my friend told me that there was a trash bin blocking my character from that wending machine. Desync...

I got over 30 million but I am the guy you see who memorizes the locations of several soda machines on the map to avoid wasting snacks which cost more and have to go to a convenience store to restock. I never place bounties, never summon CEO vehicles (Buzzard especially), rarely use commands from Merryweather, and I never spam explosives because it only kills things about five seconds faster.

 

For example when everyone steps out of the Pacific Standard spamming their RPGs, I am the guy just mowing guys down one at a time with my Carbine or shooting out tail rotors on choppers with the minigun.

 

To top it all off I also go out of my way to pick up all bundles of cash I see, lord knows how much I picked up over the past four years. Helps with ammo costs being the main reason I do it.

I/E repairs for me. Its really not a lot of money, but paying 2-4 grand for some broken glass makes me lose my mind.

Yup right here. I still haven't completed some car collections because I haven't reach the amount I want before allowing myself to purchase something. I do that always. Like, until I hit 20million I can't get the APC and add rockets to it. Everything that can be bought has a bank account limit set in my head before I pull the trigger on it.

You know those I/E source missions that end up with a police chase? There's a little message that pops up telling you about the "bribe authorities" ability. It doesn't mention Lester.

i guess i can be a penny pincher when i feel mischievous when i take another player's pv into a possible hostile los santos and not risk any of my pv's (of course i know most of the time the player who destroyed my pv would have to pay for it).

If a NPC vehicle runs into me while I'm in a Dubsta2 on the way to sell it, I turn around, go back to the garage to insta-repair it, then go sell it at full price.

 

I prefer to stay out of all the PvP stuff, as well.

 

I don't give R* anything if I can help it.

I pick up all the cash on the ground. It's nice all those gunrunning NPC enemies have cash on them.

 

I only have 22 million and I'll spam the hell out of ghost. Legit money is easy to make these days.

I use sprunk to heal myself because it's more economical than energy bars or snacks.

 

I still rob stores for the 1k because 1k!

 

I am the guy running around collecting money on the ground during heists and missions.

 

I use pistols in many missions because the ammo is cheaper.
