Things that are hidden in games,DVDs and other such things are called Easter Eggs. They just used that term literally and actually put an easter egg in there.

Who agrees with me that R* should forget about $ony!

Put more focous on the PC version.

No-one. PC has a bad rep for games, as most use it for other purposes. PS2 makes about 2x the sales, and 10 million agreement by sony. If you were R*, you would stay PS2, also.

plus with ps2 it runs the game smoother and more freely. but on pc you can mod and graphics r better. :rampage:

PC runs WAY smoother than PS2.

I know about the money. I know that is the ONLY reason R* stays with $ony, not because the gameplay is good. Im saying that if R* cared about the games only, they would ditch $ony. And, PC gaming is much higher quality and class than consoles. Enlighten me with the bad rep. Ill enlighten you with the bad rep the GTA series got because kids played it on a PS2 and their parents got pissed.

I don't own a gta pc game, but they probaly take up alot of space and freeze up.

On some games stuff does happen on Christmas and other important days so somthing might happen, but I really think nothing will happen.

Actually, you must have a computer right now. Ill bet you if you play games they freeze alot. If you wouldnt of bought a PS2, you could use that money to upgrade that computer of yours. An upgraded computer hardely EVER freezes and the game runs smoother than a PS2. You could of spent $200 on a new video card (like ATI adeon 9000 pro 128mb,$130) and more ram (like 256 more for $50).

Back to the subject, R* is good at adding details. I dont know about Vice City, yet, but  GTA3 had a lot of little stuff you never notice until you look through the TXD files. Through that we found out what darkel looked like, r* was planning to put a multiplayer in, it might of  come out oon gamecube, ect.

PS. Widdowmaker, WATCH IT!

That's a falsitutde. I spent 2,000 dollars on a new comp, and 150 big ones on a nice VooDoo card... didn't do sh*t, if not it got slower. PS2, and other consoles, are pre-built with the knowledge of how fast, smooth, and how much memory it can handle. A computer is built for processesing in general.

When games were first introduced to computer, hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent on tweaking to make the game work. Today, tweaks are pretty mush limited to video [cards] and CD drives (there is the sound card, the controller (which 90% are copy offs of the PS controller! ), and some other, not really required things to do). However, with PS2, you can play smoothly right out the box. And will remain smooth, and even can glide it's way through glitches, something PC must slow down, or even temporarly frezze to do.

PC geeks often go to many lenghts to defend it, like my friend kevin was around two years ago. He refused to play my Dramcast altogther, and went to go play StarCraft. Finally, I got him drunk, and now he's a f*cken video game collector, that bastard has a perfect running NES! He's bought the Sims and a few others for PC, but he perfers that PS2 he has...

...Moral, I don't need to fight. When your reinstalling VC for the third time, I'll be getting 100%. And you'll be bored after you get 100% regardless of any console.

You said you spent 2000 on a new computer? Why didnt ou upgrade your old one instedad o buying a PS2. And by the look of things, you are on your computer more than PS2. Of course computers are gonna cost more to buy new ones. But think of all you are getting. Good performance, internet (which all of us have to be using), school or office tools, games, games, games, sound system, cd player, DVD player, CD burner, ect. And actually, the origonal PS controller was a rip of af the gravis-pad (for PC). And when i det 100%, I MOD THE FREAK OUT OF UT UNTIL IT LOOKS LIKE NOTHING THE PS2 HAD, ONLY BETTER!

A) My old computer was a 233, and it woul be kinda stupid, for the only thing I would keep in it is the case (and maybe the speakers)

B) I am on my comp more... but that's for work, internet resources, and a few video editiong here and there.

C) Good performance - Meh, it does take 7 minutes to start up...

internet (which all of us have to be using) - Duh! I really wouldn't want the inter net on my 32" TV... wait a tick, yeah I would!

school or office tools - Execl, Word, that's about it

games, games, games - Er... Sometimes Cheaper and more fun on PS

sound system - Perfer my stereo

cd player - Perfer my Stereo

DVD player - PS2 (has 15" more room)

CD burner - Yeah

But I'm talkin' 'bout games. No that consoles are online, many PC games are movin' over to them.

D) Gravis Pad came 2 years later. Remember - PS controller was a concept for about 5 years by sony, then it came out.

E) Er... you go mod, but It'll still be the same game I've played once before... :/

OK, I get it now. You have like $800 put into yor PS2 gaming system. Wow, a PC is the same price.

Nah, I spent some $200 on the console, and $150 in games, and 6 months before that, $3000 on a home stereo system so I can see biotechnology in crisp sound, and plasma color... and listen to CDs and watch DVDs, and of course my $75 bill for cable...

...it's all good though. I'm rigged. At night, I just fall asleep watching TV, my 64" tv (I said 32" before, because my PS2 is setup to the TV in the backroom, which is 32")

I like my PC. But playing games on it blows, when you know you have a smooth running, big screen, 5.1 dolby, PS2 to look forwanrd to. Just sit back on the couch, relax, and get comfy.

Where as PC, I sit in my stiff leather chaier that confids my from relaxing, so I MUST relocate...
