Welcome to the Airfield/Heliport Locations Elimination Game

 

 

The object of this is to pick a winner from the Airfield/Heliport Locations that are available in Gta Online.

 

 

The Rules:

● You add one point (+1) to your favorite location and subtract two points (-2) which you can split (-1) (-1) for your least favorite(s).

● It isn't allowed to add and subtract from the same location in one vote.

● You're only responsible for changing the score to reflect your vote, not the person before you.

● You can vote once per day (every 24 hours). You can do it after 21 hours minimum, but if it becomes a habit it will not be allowed.

● When we are down to the last three, you need to vote after 24 hours. Voting earlier than 24 hours is no longer an option at this point.

● Copy and paste the list from the last person before you. This helps out everyone to see what the scores are and we can prevent disinformation from spreading through the game.

● Do not use multiple accounts, this is not allowed and action will be taken if you are found to be doing this.

● Only vote in these games if you have been a forum member for two weeks at least. If the person above you hasn't been a member for at least two weeks, then you should ignore their vote.

● If the person before you votes wrong (not forgetting to write the correct scores, but doesn't vote as the first rule implies), you shall ignore that vote.

● If you are new to this game do as the regulars do. If you disagree; they are right, and you are wrong. Accept that or leave this thread.

● Please show what you voted for in your post, as a example:

● Opinions outside of the vote are allowed, but this should be done within reason.

● Cheating, manipulating scores and other deceptive attempts to derail the game is not allowed.

The Vespucci heliport is one of the most convenient locations, whilst the two small airstrips had broken spawns and their gang attacks are incredibly annoying.

Always go to the Hospital Pegasus spawn.

 

The NOOSE spawn is too deep in the bumblef*ck part of the map for comfort. If I call Pegasus and I have the misfortune of the item spawning here I literally abort and try again for a closer location.

(+1) LSIA. Vespucci Beach and the hospital one are both classics, and etched in my memory (so many Buzzards collected from both) - but they are both vulnerable to snipers from the construction site, whereas this is the only helipad in LS that's not able to be watched from there.

(-2) NOOSE Headquarters Helipad. Quite out of the way, and a lot of climbing up to get to the helicopter.

Big thanks to the honourable and fluffy Amy for getting another game ready so fast.

Some c*nt is ALWAYS at the Vespucci one making Pegasus refund you, and it's the hardest one to take off as some c*nt can get close and lock on before you can get enough speed to even hope to dodge.

Plus, it's the easiest one for jet pussies to get to and the most common one they use

Wow - not sure when I spilled your coffee or whatever, but that was kinda uncalled for, surely?

 

Anyway, it's not uncommon for people to make suggestions for changes to the list during each round - things like whether to have vehicle names listed with/without manufacturers, that kind of thing. I just figured that it might be an idea to use the actual names of the locations for this round - same as calling the Rhino the Rhino, not just 'the Tank'.

No, I get you - didn't mean it to come across like nit-picking, merely an idea, just in case some folk are more familiar with things by name, not location. Although on the other hand, some folk might not automatically know something like the Naval Port by name, if they just know it as the 'Merryweather docks', so it goes both ways.

 

But yeah, sorry, wasn't trying to criticise - and mea culpa, I should have taken that into account, considering how much nit-picking already goes on with these things...!
