Are actually paid mod requests allowed on GTAForums?

 

For example, i need help with converting a GTA Online player model to a GTA 4 player model. I have the mesh, sorted textures, but need help from a experienced mod artist to convert it to a playable mod.

 

I would pay money for this, that the mod artist can use to prolong his licenses or buy a new graphic card.

 

Should we make a place to discuss the arrangements or is it a big no-no in here?
