FPS STOP PROBLEM (PLEASE HELP)

Maybe its kinda funny to hear. But its actually real. Since the Intro in, the Frame will STOP after seconds. (stop mean freeze, but the audio still continue). The Frame can be triggered to continue by pressing F2/F3 which is "set up/set down the contrast'. And it freeze again after seconds. This problem really bother me. It happen since My windows (Windows 8) doing Huge update. The update make everyting come into default even my Background and everything.
