Tell me your most frustrating "I meant to scope & it pulled up my phone" moment

Maybe this is a B&M topic but I'm actually interested to hear how many people have been screwed by the glitch that occurs when you go to pull up your sniper rifle and look through the scope and it pulls up your phone?

The worst part is that it doesn't put the phone back down after you "try" to get the gun either.

 

 

So today I was on Delivery 9 of 10 when I needed to scope Merryweather.....I hit R1 and the Dpad to 5'o'clock area to pull up my sniper rifle and of course the phone comes up. I'm so engrossed in the battle that I quickly switch guns and shoot my way out but then I start pounding XXXXX to start running and you can guess what happened next. Yep, the game though I was hitting X on my phone and it sent me into a f*cking mission from a text that had come to me.

Thank God when I backed out of the mission my progress was not lost but I thought for sure I was a goner.

 

I can't tell you how many times I've been in battle with someone and gotten killed b/c it pulled up my phone. Any other interesting stories like this? The fix so many glitches with every update but this one has been around for atleast 6-8 months.

It happens to me ocassionally, but the phone disappears moments after looking through the scope.

This happens to me all the time. I use L1 to aim and up on d-pad to zoom, I guess my thumb is faster than my pointer finger.

I dont have a "one time" story, but damn I so tired of that damn phone popping up when I trying to pop someone in the head, damnit eh

The only thing close to that that happens to me is when I take off running and get a phone call and answer it and stop running. Like really did they even test this game at all?

So frustrating! At least they did fix the draw limit of the scope, remember the days when you'd zoom in on the scope and your target would just disappear

Usually it's a wayward call from a PoS contact trying to get me to do missions...

 

No, the worst I keep having is the game recording clips when I try to tap the sprint button on controller...

I press right on d-pad whenever I take off with the cargobob

 

...but it's also to land at your CEO Office. I take off from CEO office, press right intending to drop the hook, but land instead.

The one that bugs me most.. is when I try to carbine but it scopes.

 

Usually happens when I'm going ham and switching through weapons fast af. Sometimes the game just can't keep up with my fingers. Lol

I literally had this happen about 5 times in a row just yesterday - wasted $1000 from calling the Cargobob back repeatedly because I didn't want to run up the stairs to the helipad each time
