i have request would someone like to make a mod which allows you to start new game with custom save? (no mission instead it loads saved state or saved game)

I know a mod that finish the game if you start a new game but a custom save i didn't see it

Thanks for reply but i am using Russian Theft Auto so storyline is different and may crash upon installing this mod and that is why i want that because i just want to remove storlyine completely and start game without storline
