If a player is charging me with their vehicle, trying to run me over, why do I get penalized with a fee for destroying their vehicle?

why not kill the player instead of blowing up the car? or go in passive? there are different ways to deal with those kind of ppl without blowing up theyre cars. you choose to blow up the car so I think it's normal that you have to pay the fee.

Because that makes perfect logic. First, I can't kill the player when the car is armor proof, I don't know how to shoot through the armor. Second, why do meed go to passive when I'm already passive. I'm not the one going around trying to run over people.

In most lobbies you just have those guys. You can go passive mode or just deal with those nice people and be prepared to pay for exploded vehicles. The choice is yours.

So, the aggressor is rewarded regardless? I guess that's how R* trolls its players.
