Cannot log into game GTA V on Xbox One. Anyone know why not - can go online - all seems good except GTA?

I am asking for my son so not familiar with Xbox or GTA, but I have relaunched game - turned Off & restarted Xbox - tried to see if another game will go online. Checked network connection..... I hope someone can help?!

Is your Port Strict, Moderate or Open?

 

Also when you say shutting down and restarting XB1? Are you using controller or physically turning it off via the white icon on the console?

 

Are you completely exited out of the game before you turn off the console?

Hello, thank you for your reply - we have completely exited & turned everything off, unplugged everything & started again. removed user on xbox one & added it back. removed the game & reinstalled it. Still gives same error code & not working?

Oh! I thought I had done that. However it looks like it has worked - we ended up deleting local saved games.
