Game crash black screen at lunch

Hello, i'm new and french so sorry for my bad english, i donwloaded and follow all steps to install this mod and i have a crash when i try to start a new game i have a black screen, i alredy tryed to dellet default.DAT or to change GTA.DAT in default.DAT and nothing works still crash :
