Just found out there already is a lore friendly Roadrunner, It's called the Schyster Velox which is more specifically based on the GTX Roadrunner

FOURTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE 'SILENT SOUL'S GTA VEHICLE SKETCHES' GALLERY!

 

Yesterday, my topic turned four! 😲

 

Unfortunately, this year wasn't exactly what I've expected it to be (that can also be applied to real life too). As my GPU died back in late March, I had to go back doing sketches on paper. And I'm still not sure when I'll be able to buy a new GPU (or most likely a new PC), as I have other priorities at the moment. 😕

 

Ohh, well. At least I can still make them how I used to do before going fully digital. Hopefully things will turn out better sooner or later! 😊

 

As always, I'd like to thank you all for the support! All the comments (well, most of them this time around, if you know what I mean) and constructive criticism mean a lot to me.

Special thanks to the Vanillaworks' Discord members for the constant help with design suggestions for the sketches and TheSecretPower for letting me use his HD GTA vehicle manufacturer logos! 😍

 

Although I don't have any sketches to share with this post to "celebrate" this occasion, I'll give you the only hint about the current batch. Of all 13 sketches that are featured in this batch (actually, there would be 19, but 6 of them may only be updated when I'm able to use Illustrator again):

 

1 based on a Japanese car (Annis Romulus);

4 based on French cars;

1 based on a British car;

2 based on German cars;

1 based on a Swedish car;

4 based on American cars.

Oooh. You should do Annis Remus 2nd Gen with a more aggressive front end like the Kouki.

 

As for the 3rd Gen, you already did that under the Roxanne name.

And? There's absolutely nothing that prevents someone from making an alternative version of a particular car. After all, there's many ways you can "lorefy" a vehicle to suit the game's design choices. 😉

 

The Sentinel XS Retro sketch is actually an alternative take on Stewart's model, even though I like it in the first place.

It's not the first time I've done this. Many updated versions of old sketches were also based on or inspired by mods (mostly those based on my old drawings) and models made by Rockstar.

 

In fact, I've been considering drawing some GTA IV vehicles I'd love to see brought back to GTAV/Online in a while, but I wanna do that when I'm able to use Illustrator properly again... 🥴

Hmm, I'm not sure if a mix between these models would work. Even though both are SUVs, they have entirely different design languages. 🤔

 

Also, I'm not taking suggestions at the moment as I already have a large list of sketch ideas I wanna do, not to mention the old ones that haven't been updated yet.
