About the suggestions:

 

Bravado Rumpo Classic - It's always great to bring back classic cars from past GTA games! I might do it eventually!

 

Vapid Scout Classic - I was actually thinking in doing an early 90's Explorer as the "Landstalker Classic", but instead I'll make it based on the first gen. Lincoln Navigator because of the Scout. I'll do this one too!

 

Both Bollokans - sketches based on brazilian models will come, but not at the moment. The Bollokan Junticioner can be based on a "newer" Hyundai Tucson/IX35.

Hello @SilentSoul21, great work out here ! @Willy A. Jeep suggested me to look at your artworks and so far i have been pleased with everything you suggested.

 

I would like to renew the request about the Alpine A310 made by @Randoom from the first page. I came with some design suggestions so you could get some inspiration. I am no expert though, you might want to follow your own thoughts. As for the name, i was thinking maybe making a reference to Neon Genesis Evangelion since one of the character (Misato Katsuragi) owns one of those.

 

The ideal would be to keep the look of the A310 1600 VE from the anime (especially the front, with those headlights and lip bumper like R* always does with their GT's) :

 

 

If you need to change the look, here's all i know :

 

I heard you liked the R5 Turbo 2, so you could maybe use the same wheels since Renault supplied most of their parts to Alpine. Only the V6 phase II carry those irl. Or keep the standart one from the anime, your choice.

 

On the sides, you can take the the inspiration from the Monteverdi Hai 450 (Trevor Fiore worked on those two).

As for the back i suggest you to look at the Citroën SM (its designer was also part of the A310 program, they all tend to repeat their style), the first gen 1971 Datsun Cherry (E10) and the Alfa Romeo Montreal.

 

I am sorry i did not explained better how they could fit together, it's the first time i do a request. If you need more info, we can discuss about it.

Just a little suggestion: I don't wanna sound like a nitpicker, but try uploading the pictures to bit smaller, because there's some times that the connection struggle to load them in that size ... lol

 

By the way, I really don't mind people posting pictures and stuff here, especially suggestions for future model sketches!

 

I just ask to please not overrun this topic with them.

Hey guys, look what I've found around here:

 

 

That's the very first sketch I've made in May 2nd 2015, way before joining GTAForums and creating this gallery!

 

I did mentioned once somewhere that the Issi Classic (formerly known as Weeny Brit, a reference to GTA Advance) was the first idea I had in mind of a future vehicle to be added in GTAV.

 

I used to make my sketches like that, with some sort of "blueprint" on the left side and an isometric view on the right side, along with the brand logo.

 

Just a few models were made like that before changing to the "technique" I still use to this day, an isometric view of the front and rear end. Got rid of the blueprint thing because some cars were hard to draw like that while trying to keep their proportions.

 

Though the only thing I shouldn't got rid was the logo accompanied with the vehicle's name... But I might bring that detail back in the future!

I also like to draw cartoonish characters, mostly anthropomorphic animals. I'm terrible at drawing people realistically, though... lol

 

Yeah, I made it based on the current Issi. Since it have Porsche 911 styled headlights, I used the ones from the early models from late 60's.

About the Canis Seminole, I'll do a classic version similar to GTA VC's Landstalker. If some day I make a modern version, I would do based on the '13/'14 models. The '10 one still looks similar to the current Seminole.

The Willard was more of a LeSabre than a Century, but I suppose they're both pretty similar cars.

Just recently found this thread and I gotta say, I'm glad I did. This is some quality work! I also used to draw a fair bit when I was younger (particularly cars). I kinda fell out of it but I love seeing other people's drawings, and original lore-friendly GTA cars are right up my alley. Cool stuff you got here!

Exactly what Roaming Brougham said! The Willard Willard is mostly based on the LeSabre, but it does resemble the Century too. But the car that DaveGaming216 suggested is based on a slightly newer Century. Mixing with other models can make it look apart from the Willard.

Oooh, that Borgnine Cabbie... I'm always a lover of the Checker Marathon as a clean classic or a weathered survivor, and it's also one of few cars that I love when it's all decked out in guns and spikes and murder. I think my personal favorite incarnation is the Hovercab from Quarantine.

 

 

And I am loving those two classic models you've got there! That Brioso is fantastico! I've always had a strong distaste for real-world BMW styling, especially in the front, and GTA analogues have mostly stayed away from that. Your neat design here - with those somewhat ill-fated 2000 C/CS headlamps and square, unflashy grille - really suits my particular tastes. I'm weird, I know.

 

Also, I think there's off-topic art threads around here. It'd be neat to see some of your other art, automotive and otherwise, if you think you want to share it!

The Checker Marathon is a nice car indeed, and I'm still hope for a next GTA game set between 70's to 90's featuring the Cabbie, Borgnine and even a civilian version (named Bickle, perhaps).

 

I've been thinking in make a Brioso Classic in a while, but had to put it on hold...

 

Hehe. I like BMW cars, and I'm always up to do more Übermacht models. At least two models will be coming eventually!

I'll incorporate it into Bollokan, 'cause I wanna avoid making new brands. I already have a Bollokan model in mind based on the Kia Soul between 2010 to 2013.

 

About the suggestions, I'll think about them. I have way too many models in mind to do at the moment... lol
