Why is creating characters on console different from PC ?

I've just noticed it, My character from PS4 looks nothing the same like my PC that I tried to copy. Why is that ?

Maybe you failed to copy?

is the same system all across the board, 99% sure you just failed to select the right parents, which is why your pc one looks different.

I've tried making the same character from YT on PC and PS4 slim to indenticle and still there are huge differences.

What do you mean by "difference"

Better graphics! Seriously, though, shouldn't be that much of a difference, make sure you did the exact same settings, also if you're on PC and Full screen and you're alt tabing to watch the YouTube video I'd suggest you to go Windowed Mode as alt-tabing reset all the changes you do in some stuff in GTA 5 (for example graphics settings, unless you applied them before Alt-tabing) and it might be your case in Character Creation.
