What's the longest time you've ever spent killing an AFKer?

and how many kills did you get? A few weeks ago this guy was AFKing in OT Rumble and basically caused our entire team to lose because of it. So I voted for free mode and spent almost 4 hours killing him. He came back right as I was about to stop. I got 173 kills and finally got all the weapon awards. Kind of a waste of time but it was worth it to me. He fully deserved to get his KDR wrecked and I had been trying to get those awards for over a year.

Probably like 15 minutes or so with ~25/30 kills

A AFK'er? Idk, maybe 10. I just keep running them over when they spawn, I'm too lazy to do it on foot.

 

Some kid really f*cking pissed me off one night and I went like 65-1 on him. Most kills I've ever had on anyone in any game, ever. Took a Lazer and just kept diving him, and his dumbass was dumb enough to keep trying to shoot me down instead of going passive. I even took a pic of it.

It doesn't work like that. A player will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity regardless of if they are shot and respawn, mugged, run over, whatever unless they are watching TV, security monitors and possibly some other activities.

 

If the player is "AFK" for longer than 15 minutes they have moved their character.

Yes, but I doubt a player standing still in freeroam would be rubber banding it... would they? I mean it's not the wisest of things to do...

Well OP never said he wasn't moving, and originally he was looking to afk on Overtime Shootout

I like to run over AFK players in FM. I won't single anyone out and kill the same person over and over, but if they spawn and are just standing there when I drive back thru, chances are they're getting it again.

Wow, there's a lot of hostility towards people who question sh*t. Good thing I didn't mention how poor only getting 1 kill per minute was or how the awards he claims to have been going for take hundreds of combined kills not 173 or whatever made up number the OP posted.

since he was afk in overtime rumble, which is annoying as hell for any other players, who wants to play this mode seriously, he deserved the full 4 hour killing madness.

 

i go afk sometimes, too, but without f*cking up other players by destroying their gameplay.

My best is about 180. But normally I get too bored after 30 mins or so. If you move them across the map (stand opposite of where you want them to respawn), which makes it less boring as you can play a little game with moving them... You can get a kill every 20 seconds AFAIK. I do it in the trailer Park above sandy Airfield or the beach, on my bike using an ap pistol silenced, stops cops getting you.

A few seconds at most. When I speed by someone who's obviously AFK, I sometimes hit them with my car for sh*ts and giggles, then I'm on my way again.

The only time I spawn killed someone was during one of the few times we get snow in game and I kept killing them with snowballs.

You can always turn off the vibration but you probably know that. I've turned off mine and I know several of my friends also have done that

This head I was once friends with killed an AFK'er for about an hour simply because he was using a mic and trolling them by talking sh*t..


some people have way too much free time on their hands.

I ended up in a session with one other player one night and spent about 3 hours stunting and stopping to mug him every now and then. Making about $150K while stunting was most welcome :)
