Import/Export or Gunrunning what is a better investment?

So I have been playing for about 2 months now and have a total of 1.7 million in my bank right now. Most of my money up to this point has been earned by VIP Missions and Special Cargo Missions (I have two small warehouses). Now I am planning on investing my money into a new business either Vehicle Warehouse or Bunker what is a better investment. Also what would be the best method to incorporate one of these businesses with either special cargo or VIP Missions? I usually have another friend to play with but sometimes I am solo.

Buy a vehicle warehouse as I/E will give a better return on investment at this time. There is a strategy to acquire only highend cars to sell which is quite profitable once you have set everything up. It goes something like filling your warehouse with 10 low end, 10 mid range and 12 Top Level cars before all you get is top level cars. Im sure there is guide in here about it. In between steal and sell jobs you can do VIP work (sightseer and headhunter seem to be most profitable).

 

Once you have built up cash look at either bunker or biker business (coke) for passive income.

I/E is a primary source of income

 

Gunrunning bunker is a secondary source of income

 

Get a vehicle warehouse for I/E work

 

Do not get the cheapest warehouse, poor location for vehicle access, great location for people who wish to steal your cars

 

Once you have got the stock level to 32 cars (there are only 32 different cars), that will be 10 standard range, 10 mid range and 12 top range, sell a top range, then the next car you steal will be the replacement for the one you have just sold

 

Do not go over 32 cars in the warehouse, as the cars start duplicating

 

Once you have built your money back up, buy a bunker, and have that running in the background, just keep returning regularly to top up stock levels

Instead of using Import/Export as a primary could I use CEO crates?

Yes, but, the outlay to start the missions to get the crates is quite expensive, and the missions are very time consuming

 

I/E is the biggest money earner if only selling top range cars
