Jammsbro Posted August 14, 2017 Share Posted August 14, 2017 Got a set of Turtle Beach px4's but the PS4 just does not want to read the microphone. Can anyone recommend a good set of gaming headphones. Have to be wireless and would like it to be a dongle plug in rather than the px4's external box shenanigans. If there's no difference in quality between plugging into the controller or plugging into your system, then i'd recommend HyperX Cloud headsets. Good balance between audio fidelity and a microphone that isn't garbage. If i'm not mistaken, they typically go for approximately 70 dollars. AmyJones Posted August 25, 2017 Share Posted August 25, 2017 I used to buy the $300 400 dollar head sets and they arent any better than ones that cost 100 flat and no matter what head set you do buy if you use it alot it will break down as they are made to last until the end of time. i personally never owned one that made to last no more than a mere 8-12 months..
