Dark .dff problem of export

A few days ago I wanted to modify the main street of Grove Street

All good when modifying it in sketchup but the problem is in 3ds max when it comes to exporting

A friend of mine helped me export with prelight But this only helped cause cj did not look dark

Can someone please give me a tutorial on how to fix this error?
