Where do I go to check my stats? The social club page has some, but not all.

Social Club or in-game via the Stats menu.

 

You can't see more than that unless you've got access to your personal mpstats on the cloud server(s), which almost nobody has.

Ok. I've actually never looked through all the game menus.

They would only have access to the general mpstats file which tells them everything that gets recorded in form of a character statistic - they wouldn't be able to find information pertaining to their own character(s) and account(s) - only RSG employees have access to that (I don't even think the Zendesk support staff can see this information, they have to request it from higher up).

Thanks. I would guess likely, I had an issue some weeks back and they apparently couldn't even see all the stats that I could.
