How to make a Ped drive to random locations [C#] ?

Hello,

I wanted to ask if there is any way to make a Ped drive to a random location, like the Peds in their Vehicles on the street ( Ambient Peds ).

And btw can you also make them drive fast and furious ?

It would be nice if you could help me.
