New rare modded npc vehicle?

I was looking for Dubsta 2 last night and a gold and black Imponte Ruined spawned in full body kit and engine mods never seen this before in all the guides and in my own personal experience of rare car searching has anyone else ever got this or have they added it recently , the sell price was 9200 btw so not big money
