Wingate167 Posted August 13, 2017 Share Posted August 13, 2017 After managing to play GTA: SA on Windows 10 without crashing, I have a strange issue. The arrows that come in for the Cesar Vilapando mission come in slowly. I barely completed it, it's just the way the arrows come in are slow and lag sometimes.
