Firetruck doesn't spawn when a car is on fire, and ambulance doesn't spawn when you kill people in the mobile version.

Do the firetrucks and ambulances ever spawn? If they spawn once on a new game and never again then perhaps there's a setting in the save file that can fix this issue.

 

Update: Yes. The firetrucks and ambulances will spawn in the mobile version. I'm not completely sure if they respond to fires and dead bodies, but they do appear when forced to spawn by a cleo script using opcode 058A to spawn an emergency response vehicle and the appropriate models are loaded for the vehicle and peds. When this command is used on PC the ambulances will spawn at a distance, approach the coordinates, and revive any dead bodies in the area. On mobile, they spawn at a distance and disappear within a second or two.
