Windmill outside Eclipse Towers in every lobby

Alright this is beginning to piss me off. I just started noticing a windmill on the ground out front of my apartment at the Eclipse Towers in GTA online for PS3 every few lobbies I joined. But now its every single lobby I join. It's starting to get annoying because I can't even access my garage or apartment to do heists. I know its probably a modder/hacker but I highly doubt there is a hacker/modder in all 10 lobbies I tried.

Yeah, it's probably you who's bringing them into these lobbies even though you may not have done anything illegitimate/ cheating/ modding yourself. Just how things sometimes work - especially if your character is spawning in in the same area that the malicious object was placed. Changing lobbies mightn't do anything, so you need to go back to single player.

 

If exiting back to GTA V (single player) and then going back into GTA Online doesn't fix it, then you'll need to restart the game.
