To go gunrunning you have to be Ceo/biker anyway. And nothing tops money flow as import/export with the vehicle warehouses. Bunker and biker businesses are just a way to get some money on the side. So CEO.

Actually, you can get and use a Bunker if you're a VIP too, so being a CEO/MC isn't required.

People already explained this to you in your Help thread.

Stay away from Biker/Bunker stuff right away, you are a low level you'll get ruined. Get your Missions/Races on, play that new Adv Mode for X2 RP & $$, buy an Armored Kuruma, Buzzard andcheap high end apartment so you can launch heists eventually.
