Also, the people telling you to buy a yacht are trolling you. I have a yacht, and it doesnt really do much. It basically sits there and looks purdy.

Im remembering the "good" old days when I started out, trying to do contact missions with a sh*tty pistol and an uzi that would run out of ammo.

You def have a leg up and will do just fine :)

I suggest grabbing an office and buying an import/export garage, it'll be grindy as is most of the game, but you'll most likely enjoy it.

To help you run through these fairly easily, grab an armored kuruma and a micro smg.

Always try your best to take advantage of the adversary mode bonuses that rockstar gives, I'm sure you'll enjoy most of them, its their way of adding modes which differ from the usual.

Make sure to think before every purchase and to do your research, let other people take the hit so that you don't have to. You might not like the youtubers that our community has, but at the end of the day they have an army of fangirls behind them that give them hints which might be essential to you.

Stay away from:

- Anything with gold on it > same as the regular version, but shiny and has a price that's ten times higher.

- Yachts > no purpose, just a way to show off. Although no one cares at this point cause everybody has em.

- The mc clubhouse > the businesses are dreadful and will hardly bring you any profit

- Personally, I would also avoid buying any warehouses, I'd go for the bunker.

If you wish to do freemode missions easily hassle free, just google a GTA session sweeper, some good ones that work actually let you whitelist IP's( adding friends basically ).

It would also be great if you could avoid taking in the bullsh*t some people throw around in this forum in regards to this game being complete utter crap, just enjoy the game. Have a mind of your own and make your own opinions, don't be affected by the idea that everything should be free and that Rockstar is your bitch.

Remember that GTA has always revolved around some sort of murder, there's no need to complain about it. You can avoid certain areas of the map and use passive mode. If you'd like to enjoy a mostly peaceful experience, go ahead and purchase a home at the top of the map in an area called "Paleto Bay", it features literally everything you need to be able to live a proper GTA online life.

Only thing its missing is a 10 car garage, but I'm sure you can rack up enough money to buy the whole area anyway.

I would get the following first:

  • An office ($1m for Lombank West)
  • A vehicle warehouse ($1.5m for La Mesa)

This is because selling high end cars is probably the easiest money in the game. $8m won't last long, but this activity will help you earn it back quickly. There is nothing wrong with the two cheapest ones either IMHO (although others may have a differing opinion). La Mesa is close to the freeway which is a big plus.

  • A buzzard ($1.75m)

Get this helicopter specifically because as a CEO you can spawn it anywhere on the map, which is a huge time-saver. You'll find doing Headhunter in the buzzard is a nice easy supplement to you income.

To get the rest of these recommendations you will need 200k extra, but you'll earn that quick with your I/E warehouse. Then:

  • Smoke Tree Road Bunker ($2.205m - closest to the airfield, which once you acquire more Pegasus vehicles will be a blessing)
  • Staff Upgrade ($0.5985m)
  • Equipment Upgrade ($1.115)

You will want to unlock these features as soon as possible. While research will take a while it produces some very useful stuff (explosive ammo for the sniper) and you might as well get started as soon as possible.

These are all investments that will help you earn more money. Check the guide in my signature on how to maximise your income when playing alone.

Don't start with the Biker Businesses as the payout is not as strong as for the above - get the coke factory and clubhouse later to up your income when you've got spare cash to invest. Don't spend your money on fancy cars as $8m will disappear in no time - buy the stuff that will earn you more GTA $s first.

If you like co-ops then heists are a blast, so consider getting:

  • A high end apartment ($200k is the cheapest) to launch them.
  • A Heist Heavy Combat suit from the assistant at any clothes store is a MUST (turns you into a walking tank in Heists only - in freemode it just changes you appearance. Amazed by how many new players don't know how important that is). Get a bullet proof helmet too.
  • An armoured Kuruma as soon as you do the first Heist and unlock it at cheaper prices. Until you can unlock the Weaponised Tampa and all the upgrades in the Bunker, the armoured Kuruma is the premier PVE vehicle.
  • Check out GTA Series Videos guides for heists.

When you've got all of the above:

  • A cargobob will speed up your import export runs
  • A mobile operations center will unlock the missions to get trade prices to gunrunning vehicles, upgrade them and MK2 weapons.

Only after you've got all that should you buy things you'd like e.g. expensive garages and cars that won't actually earn you more money.

^this, all the way.

8 million $ are almost nothing in this game, so if you are new the best thing is obviously spend them in order to get all the stuff you need to make some good money quick.

Office with I/E warehouse + bunker = best way to earn money, and you can do this both solo and co-op.

Also, keep an eye on weapons; as soon as you unlock better ones, buy them.

As for the rest, if you have some money left, I suggest you to buy a garage, so you can store up to 10 vehicles (I think you can get one with something like 100k) or a house, if you really want one but it's definitely not necessary.

there is 3 choice if buy veh warehouse, normal / urban / branded, what it?

These are just cosmetics. Get the default option, you can "upgrade" it later.

To reach rank 100 from rank 0 takes how long? Is there a quick way?

VIP work seems to get you a lot of RP. I don't care about the rank, but i'm ranking pretty fast, considering i'm above lvl 600

You can choose what to sell, this will define what you source (and lift)

Leave Roosevelt and other heavy cars in your vehicle warehouse.

Never sell them, so you never have to deal with them again.

Here is the Broughy's spreadsheet for all the vehicles in the game

X80 Proto, Weight (kg): 900
Reaper, Weight (kg): 1,300
Osiris, Weight (kg): 1,350
T20, Weight (kg): 1,395,
FMJ, Weight (kg): 1,400
Export nothing except these 5 cars (leave everything else in the garage), and you won't have any problems with the Bob.
Compare that to Roosevelt Valor, Weight (kg): 2,420

CEO Office, Import/Export Garage, Buzzard, Bunker (One of the ones on the west or east side of map, not up north, as you'll want to deliver to LS metro area) and MOC/upgrades (while it's on discount).

To flexcreators point about weight I tried picking up a custom insurgent with the bob for a gunrunning delivery. It could barely get off the ground.

In populated sessions I sometimes still drive as the Bob is easily shot down. But the cars he's listed are also the quickest - the Valor is slow as...

Are you on PC, PS4 or Xbox One?

PC from steam client

ohh wait, Function bunker for what?

And you just bought a cash cards and this game ?

heh, sorry for finding that amusing :D, but not joking on this one, i advice you to not go online at this moment since it is possible mod menu users will take your money.

Also some people on this forum might even advice you to not play this game at all or at least sell that shark card you got, because rockstar also has been whiping a few people from their legit funds to

He didn't buy the card, it came with the game as a bundle I think. Simply download Netlimiter, set it between 5 and 10 and this will spawn you in a lone public session. I play on PC and its awesome. I still go into public sessions sometimes, not as bad as it was. However I advise having two characters, one for public as a side avatar and one for solo public sessions as you main. Oh and look up self raido, you can play your own music in game on PC. Edited by LoneWulf

No matter what, don't go into a free roam lobby. You will regret it for the rest of your GTA existence... Then, stick to being alone cause PC is apparently a nightmare when it comes to modding griefers...

No need to scare newbies. It's not that bad anymore. I'm doing business in freeroam and none of my sales were interrupted by modders.

I have 113 clips (since 2017-07-09) as a proof and no time to edit them.

Lol It kills me how scared people are. PC is awesome. Ive had some of the coolest experiences and met multiple people in the game because of some of these menu users.

Sorry, no way to invest money in gta online. Whatever you do or buy will cost you and you will lose money.

The only thing you will invest is lots of your time.(mostly time in the clouds).👍

I'm just out of work and not feeling ambitious enough to read everyone's replies.

I've only been playing a month and a half or so. These are what I wish I had spent my money on:

1. High end apartment. For heists. And pimpness.

2. Armored Kuruma. Do the heist to get the discount. It's easy. I bought the DOD instead and still ended up buying the Kuruma.

3. Armed aircraft. I bought the Buzzard but should have gotten the Hydra. The jets are way more fun.

At this point, you need to seriously consider how you're going to play. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time playing, or plan on mostly being an Associate or MC member, you're done. Spend the rest of your money as you want.

If you have plenty of time to play, or just enjoy being frustrated and angry, CEO I/E work might suit you. You'll have to spend most of your 8 mil but at least there's a lot of experienced players on the forum to point you in the right direction.

1. Luxury apartment
2. All the important weapons
3. Buzzard
4. Insurgent

5. Office

These are the first things you should buy once you can. They're the meat and potatoes. Practically everything else is fat.

You're wasting money every time you buy an expensive car if you don't own the above five things.

And focus on getting all of your character skills up to 5 bars ASAP. It'll help make it easier to make money. Especially strength.

Ignore the motorcycle businesses. The bunker essentially makes them obsolete.

Once you have import export down, get a cheap bunker and buy your supplies. Then work on I/E while the bunker slowly manufactures product.

This is essentially false. Don't take me offensively. Everything else you said was pretty spot on.

But the cocaine and meth businesses are absolutely essential for making easy passive income. It takes quite some time for them to pay off, however.

Coke + Meth + Bunker business = incredible (mostly) passive income. Those three things (I also do the counterfeit cash because it IS worth it, and occasionally the weed) are how I stay rich.

And some occasional car exporting, but I don't make nearly as much from that as the other three, because the investment with time is so much more, specifically because you have to steal the cars and pay for repairs and pay for ghost organization when shipping.

I wouldn't wanna blow all that money right outta the gate so here's my thinking -

Buy the Armored Kuruma first off (to deal with the kill on site pyschos and to help with CEO/MC work)

Then an apartment of your choice, if you'd like to buy a bird's eye view of the city in Tinsel Towers or live in a shady tin can in Sandy Shores.

Next buy an MC clubhouse and a Cocaine Lockup and grind selling your crack, I find cocaine the easiest and best item to make $. Upgrade your equipment and security so it sells easier & doesn't get stolen. This'll help to profit off the cars and businesses you're gonna buy.

Lastly an office to grind selling crates while you're cocaine supply is made into product.

The rest is whatever you desire that's just how I'd start off, the whole world is your oyster.

If you have patience, wait for big purchases to go on sale. Grind contact missions and heists while waiting. You won't be able to keep up in freemode until you know the basics. Contact missions are great for this.

A buzzard, office/vehicle warehouse and high end apartment are probably the most important things but finding good team mates is essential.

I haven't had any problems with any of the source cars regarding weight. If anything the Roosevelt is one of the easiest vehicles since the Hook snaps to it almost instantly. *looks at the bloody Tyrus*

if i use mod like "natural vision"

i will get instant banned?

It's complicated. Playing online with modified game files is risky. You may not be banned instantly, but is a risk of being *marked for ban in the future* and then your account will be reset during so-called "ban waves". However, you may get away with this, I'm not too sure tbh. People usually play with graphic mods in single player.

PS

I don't understand all the hype around "natural vision". It's not "natural" at all in my opinion. Same flaws you can find in many popular Skyrim ENBs.
