No - unfortunately they f*cked it up, and now you can't use the gun properly on your own.

 

Well, you could switch seats I guess. But you get what I mean - it's not like GTA IV where you can aim and drive properly.

 

Also, the Rhino tank is very weak. These days, probably not a great buy.

You can place the apc in whatever garage you own. The buzzard will spawn at helipads but even better, spawn right next to you as a vip for free if you own it. If not, be prepared to fork up 25,000 every single time.

I'd buy the Office, Armoured Kuruma, Crates Warehouse(small) and a Vehicle Warehouse to start.

 

Collect/sell high-ends to make money back with vehicle warehouse, crates to grind your level up. 3K RP per collection, 6K RP per sale**.

 

If you want to stomach it, when you make enough off selling exports, invest in a Cargobob*.

 

*Now some may say this is a dumb investment, it's not. You can carry your cars straight back instead of driving around. With enough practice, you can get cars back with $0 damage. It's also a nice helicopter in general to have on-demand.

 

** Keep in mind though, the more crates you collect and sell, the more clutter will be added to your office. If you don't want this to happen, don't do crates or buy the warehouse, it'll be a waste but useful for leveling up quick.

Ur doing good. Wait for buying a bunker. You can get one at any time, and im guessing they will do more sales on bunkers soon.

 

A cargobob is helpful for stealing cars to sell, but it is not the be all end all. Wait for a sale to pick it up.

 

Best way to level up is doing contact missions with competent players. When they have double money and experience points (RP) on modes you like, focus on those, level up quicker. Racing is fun and can help level, but without having cars upgraded max, expect to lose very often.

 

Alot of new guys when racing or playing Last Team Standing, any mode really, will leave if they are losing or if they die and have to spectate. I advise against leaving, you dont collect the majority of the cash and exp points until the end. Unless you REALLLLY hate the mode you are playing, tough it out.

 

 

EDIT EDIT EDIT

 

Current best level up method will be playing Overtime Shootout or whatever its called since its 2x and win or lose will collect a nice chunk of RP. You drive a muscle car that has a parachute and try to land on a target for points. Pay attention to in game prompts so you know how to activate the cars parachute. You take turns doing the jump, so pay attention so you know when its your turn.

 

If youre lucky it will turn out you like it and you can stack some money and jump a bunch of levels since you will level quickly.
