Pacific standard exit application glitch PC

So me and my friends have been trying the exit application glitch on the Pacific standard heist. Usually I am the host and do the glitch. But I can only manage to do the glitch once before having to do the setups again. Does anyone know how to fix this? Really dont want to keep doing the setups.

I read on se7ensins that if you "lose" your finale, then quickly shut down GTA - open another application and close it right away, open GTA again and when you hear the sound of glass breaking hold (on PS4) L1+R1 until the brightness screen appear.

Your finale should now be restored.

The thing is the brighness screen never pops up and I don't get the heist back after doing the glitch more then once

That brightness screen means you have cleared the cache for the game. Not sure what the procedure is on PC but apparently there is a counter they put there which must be cleared or as you say you only get one disconnect before they count you as completed.
