I was playing Jackbox games and I gotta say, they are fun and addicting as all hell. To be honest, I find these more fun and engaging than GTA Online.

For those unfamiliar, Jackbox games are a series of online party games. Among the more popular games are Quiplash, where contestants are given a question and have to come up with the best answer, and Trivia Murder Party, where contestants answer trivia questions...and there are punishments for wrong answers.

For more information, check out their website.

That being said, I think having such games would add more to the variety offered in GTA Online. I think these would be best as mini games accessed from your apartment TV. What do you guys think?

I would play something like that if my crew didn't know what else to do in a session. Or maybe even between bunker/MC fill ups?

Yellow Dog with Cone

I want to do dance battles inside Bahamas Mamas, a-la-GTA:SA.

I want to lift weights until I get accused of using steroids like is SA.

I want to do dance battles inside Bahamas Mamas, a-la-GTA:SA.

I've been banging on about this for a while, but I still reckon a fun (and really straightforward) way of adding some gameplay to any nightclub would be to take this minigame:

...and just add two versions: the 'PvE' solo version, which plays out exactly the same as in TBoGT (make too many mistakes, and the bus stop ends), and the 'PvP' multiplayer option, where you do it with friends, and the winner is the person who makes the fewest mistakes (and thus gets the most $$/RP, like in a Freemode Event).

Really, I'm up for R* adding cards, bowling, whatever - anything that feels like there's more to do in the city is a good thing, IMO. Just not more stuff like 'Hunt the Beast', where any semblance of realism goes out of the window for a gimmicky, decidedly 'videogame-y' thing that doesn't make sense in the context of the game world.

Yes it's been suggested many many times, games sports gambling whatever! This game is suited perfectly to have it all... Even dancing i guess but I would avoid those types. I can't imagine having a friend like...

It would be fun to have the option to play with other players rather than the constant, edgy and paranoid existence on SA where everyone and everything is out to kill you and destroy your stuff.

I actually hate the dancing minigames, but just today I was thinking it would be cool to have some kind of knock-off Guitar Hero minigame, to feel like there's something else to do GTA0 other than endless grinding, and to relax.

There could be the same follow-the-numbers mode as GTA dancing and GH, but I'd also like to see a mode where you could use the four buttons for four power chords, and make your own rhythms / songs as entertainment for others in the party.

EDIT: With associated animations for guitar playing antics for your av.

What you saying? GTA Online has parties! Invite the whole session to your apartments and enjoy 20 FPS together. Drink that whiskey and watch anime on TV together.

Yes, this is a great example. It had a nice atmosphere, was fun, but mainly it put a new the mood in the game, one of several minigimes that did that. GTA-SA is still a legend because it accomplished this richness.

In GTA0, beach party campfires and dancing would seriously invoke the feeling of the real world in L.A., in that magic couple of hours when the sun sets over the ocean and the fire is flickering. It's like that for real.

Now, the only problem with Rockstar's present version of GTA0 is that it encourages every colicky little 6 year old to run their Insurgent back and forth over the party, continuously, until everyone leaves and there's no one else to annoy. Thanks, Rockstar.

"That's what's happens when you let kids wear sunglasses and leather jackets in the house" my grandpa used to say. Yeah the game could use a really chilled out area, were even your character can sit down on the sand or lay, start a controllable bonfire with the Jerry can. The more you talk sh*t with your friends the more 20rp you get. That would be great...
