[Help] 3ds max installation failing by requesting to close ''monitor.exe''

I got 3ds max 2010 for modding stuff and etc.

But I cant still pass the installation.

 

I get this message in the middle of the installation:

 

 

''monitor.exe''...

Wont it kill the Monitor protocol in my Win registry?

 

I already know how to close it

by executing on the cmd:

Taskkill /f /im monitor.exe

or end the progress on the Task-Manager.

 

But I dont know what it will effect on my pc...
