A long time ago (2-3 years) I found a modded VC APK which removed the height limit (meaning you could fly higher than any building etc.) and it removed the R* intro which made the game start instantly. However, any attempts at finding it turned up nothing. Does anyone know where to find it, or can possibly upload it? Thanks.
