I mean, I know it'd be kinda absurd to have your character sneeze in the middle of an ultra serious cutscene, but it sorta realistic in some sense and kinda started bugging me for some reason after I realized that Little Jacob is the first person in the entire series to have yawned. Algonquin Assassin Posted August 8, 2017 Share Posted August 8, 2017 Well Niko's facial expression changes after intense situations and when it's cold you can see his breath however for coughing, sneezing, yawning etc I guess R* feels it's an unnecessary detail. However, a casual sneeze or caugh might add some realism and details to it, but lets be honest its very unnecessar ysince there are way more important stuff.
