Does anyone else prefer being in Bad Sport?

You're never the same player after, it makes you or breaks you

In total ive spent 256 days plus an few extra weeks possibly months when the timer glitched out to 00,00,00

 

I think this maybe why i annoy players so badly lol

But still I think Rockstar should have had options for Pvp and non Pvp lobbies.

This would have given opportunity for many more players who have left the game due to being frustrated by griefers in public lobbies to be able to keep playing the game.

I've been there a few times - 16 days was my last sentence. The first time I was in it was fun, because it was so easy to get in that it was actually populated (very early in the game, they nerfed the amount of bad sport points you get for destroying cars - used to be much easier).

 

All the other times? Well, it was basically empty for the most part. The few people who were there were either in god mode (back on 360), or using 1v1 DMs to respawn jets. But these were rare - usually it was just empty for me.

 

The small number of players means it's not worth it for me. I can find players looking to fight in public anyway. Just scan the feed for someone killing and suiciding over and over, or have a look on the map for Oppressors and other vehicles. Also check out people's levels, outfits - I get a vibe on whether they want to fight or not.

3 days into a 2 month 2 day sentence, except for me it isn't a sentence I have played more in BS the last few days than in have in normal lobbies for month's

 

Not interested in the bunker sales IE or MC stuff as In have enough vehicles, all military vehicles and still have $54m left. I ACTIVELY tried to get in BS and done so by destroying around 40+ PVs in under an hour and also purposely leaving missions and races

 

Whilst it is not everyone's cup of tea I am enjoying it and my dunce cap looks great with my clothing.

 

Will probably grief when back in normal lobbies to get back to BS as well

Haven't been there, but I don't grief people in the R* sense. Though if you ask the lobbies I join, they would say I am a griefer.

The first 2 days I went I was a low level in 2014 and hated it, the next time I went I was Rank 100-something, had access to everything in the game and could really hone my skills... Had a friend that was also in for 32 days while I was on my 2nd stint and he really taught me everything and anything, I took advantage of his knowledge, applied it to my freeroam gameplay and instantly saw an improvement in all areas..I kept going back and have 5 stints total on my main and 2 on another account, I'm where I want to be in skills.

 

Like Carimbo said, great place if you want to learn the tricks of the trade to one day becoming a freeroam warrior but it gets f*ckin boring when you can't play with friends at all, especially if you are in a good/close crew.

I was chilling in a wall breach, eating a sandwich for lunch, and Jesus Christ himself appeared next to me. Over the mic, he said, "Be easy, my son. I mean you no ill will." I checked the player list, and for sh*t sure, I kid you not, there was a Jesus Christ on the list. I asked if I could snap a photo of us chilling together, to which, he obliged. I snapped the photo and told him thanks...

 

All of a sudden, money rained down on me from the heavens above, and I was jolted to the $100m+ club.

 

Then, he vanished and was no longer on the players list.

 

Thank you, Jesus... Those Bad Sport days were then LOTS OF FUN!

Was there alot of times in the past. Always empty lobbys, so the only thing i could do there was farming crates. (or i played on one of my secondary accounts) Only one time there was another player. He didn´t last for 10 minutes and left. Now the gates to badsports closed forever on Pc... It´s fun to stomp noobs into the ground without penalty.

Tryhard story (might disgust some normies)

 

So on pc (no badsport), kind of a tryhard myself (I have bst and ewo macro xd) and I met another tryhard,( he had spam granade launcher/rpg macro and all of mine)

the first thing I did was cancel his bst without even starting to fight him, I just knew he was one,

He immediatly complains, I kek hard,

So we continue fighting, I lag out, I lose my bst,

I cancel his bst again and he gets angry at me for using explosive rounds

We end up having a grenade launcher fight in between small houses and it was quite fun, I was on f*cking edge,

Get spawnkilled landing a explosive round on his ewo'd body, one of my few chances lost, damn

He retires out of CEO, for muh e penis to not get flacid I fire one granade across the street and it f*cking hits him, SUCCESS.

 

Anyways I just wanted to say I was quite hyped up for a moment and didn't rly care about my kd,

 

We REALLY need a PvP lobby.

Update on tryhard encounter

 

We're now battling for fun, he taught me how to fire rpgs and grenade launchers faster, it's not actually a macro.

Honestly if the gameplay in this game was more balanced and i could like get payed for every kill i made in a freeroam setting i'd love that game mode.

 

Shame cockstar did not want to break the player base and thus opted to punish certain behavior and splitting up the player base

Wow, who would have guessed. Killing people who actually want to fight you is more fun than killing people who just want to be left alone.

 

If only R* understood this and made it an option. PvP lobbies and non-PvP lobbies. You know, like in GTA 4.

 

That would make more sense wouldn't it?! There are time when I want to be a complete dick and kill everything insight and the other times I just wanna make money and chill out. They should have made it an option on day 1.Been in badsport once. That was fun but never again. Ill stay in quiet public sessions.

OK, so just finished an epic 8 hour session in the BS lobby (I still have 1 month 27 days remaining)

 

Since I have been in BS I haveenjoyed my GTAO experience MORE than I have in the goody goody sessions, in fact, not everyone in BS is BAD, they are people like me who have got bored with the game so decided to grief in normal sessions and ended up in BS (some on purpose like me)

 

I have my regular friends in the normal lobbies but just today I played with 3 others who had mics and wanted to get on with stuff. At first I was weary about how legit this was so done no sales in case they purposely blew them up but we alternated between each others businesses and actually HELPED each other. This was a lobby that just the 4 of us stayed in for 8 hours!

 

Today, even though I didn't need money I grinded with them and myself with help of the other 3 I done:

 

- 89 crates

- collected 12 cars (8 top range)

- Sold all 8 top range (even if I was griefed cars are relatively free so risked it and the help was good)

 

On top of this I helped stock up the other players MC stuff and done IE with them and we also done a few races, missions and mucking around.

 

It's not all bad .. enjoyed today a lot
