Can't find Opressor in creator mode?

Well, i never used creator, so can't help you.

But you can download mods for singleplayer and spawn Oppressor there.
Or just ask somebody from the sessions to give it to you for a ride.

For some reason, Weaponized vehicles aren't available in Creator Mode.

 

You can try it out in the mission Work Dispute. If you do it by tonight, you'll get paid double for it.
