Done, but you need to research it first, you can't fast track it, you can only use it once every ingame day and it costs $50k per refill.

Wish granted, but you can only do it trough an easy glitch, and in order to combat the glitch Rockstar will sometimes completely wipe the garage you keep the cop car in.

All CEO associate mission payouts have increased however R* introduces a 2-tier economy where in-game currency is worth 1/10th of the value of Shark card currency even though all items retain their present value.

 

I wish you could carry more (non explosive) special ammo for the MKII weapons.

Sure, but that ammo will come at an elevated cost. Every special ammo clip will cost 25% more than the normal ammo clip.
