edit: as for the mission creator being added, wish granted, but they will be glitched in such a way that the collectibles can not be picked up and npc's will be unlimited at all times and not drop money or earn you rp.

The Taurus Judge gets added as the Heavy Revolver Mk II, but it's only single-action and takes 30 seconds to cock after each shot.

No layering restrictions is hard and requires research. You want that clothing unlocked? Sure Rockstar will unlock all of those exclusive clothing items for you! But you have to buy them. To buy those exclusive clothing items you hadn't had unlocked before it's $50,000... For each piece of clothing.

I want R* to stop promoting griefing as legit gameplay.

 

Rockstar limits griefing by permanently reducing ammo clips to the same small amount as the MK2 weapons while raising ammo prices by 15% across the board.

The Police now have the ability to Bust players and stun them with stun guns, take all of their weapons and lock them up.

Players who are Busted have to wait 48 hours to re-join a public lobby and are barred from any jobs/missions/adversary modes/death matches involving weapons for 48hrs also.

Everyone who hasn't been Busted in at least two weeks are raided randomly by the Police.

Players have 5:00 mins to be alerted of the raid and stop it before the police confiscate their weapons.

Rockstar initiates a Bribe Program where you can pay the police $25K (in game cash) every two weeks to avoid raids.

Players can call the police to target other players for $15K, similar to calling for a Bounty.

Catsuit is a vehicle livery for the faggio only. The railgun requires 7 reserach items, 6 items are liveries, and the 7th and guaranteed last, allows the railgun to hold one round. You can only refillable the ammo inside the moc while parked in the bunker.
