Vehicle despawning when exiting MOC with Weapon and Vehicle Mod Shop...

Every time I exit my MOC with my APC with weapon and vehicle storage it despawns the vehicle and just spawns me on foot outside. If I have a friend in the car he teleports to his bunker across the map. I am almost positive that this was a lazy fix to a money glitch or something. I'm going to test If any other vehicles are affected by this. But pretty annoying and frustrating bug for sure!!
