GTA V Texture Locations and Modifications Help

Hey all, I'm trying to modify a couple of textures here, but I cannot find their location. I am trying to mod the parachute canopy and sniper rifle scope (Advanced & Normal) textures. To further describe what I am trying to replicate, take a look at these: The GTA IV PSG-1 Scope

 

 

 

 

 

As for the parachute canopy

 

 

 

 

 

As far as the canopy goes, the TBoGT parachute texture is still in the GTA V files, but I do not know how to put that texture over one of the current parachute canopies. If someone could guide me through where to find these .ytd file locations withing OpenIV, (glad that it's back btw) that would be extremely helpful.
