any beer hats in multiplayer yet? saw a post rockstar made on Twitter and had a photo that included a beer hat, so wondering if there are any in game?

That is just a promotional photoshoped screen, there's nothing in-game as far as I know.

Why did they stop with the special crates? They were so fun and so satisfying when you got your hands on them. All that RP, ammo, cash, and other random goodies. I think they still exist in last gen.

I have the entire collection. I was online the day someone messed up and made them all available for free in any clothing store and I scooped em all up. Even the blarneys hat.

That's how I got the J Lager and Blarney's hat. I did the character swap trickery to get the others.

• July 3-31, 2014 (From Special crates. Hat (or the Statue of Happiness shirt) was random each time. (PS3/X360-only)
• December 19, 2014 (Pisswasser), December 25, 2014 (Supa Wet), December 31, 2014 (Patriot), and January 3, 2015 (Bennedict)
• A two-day period where they were available for (free) purchase from clothing stores on (PS4/XB1/PC-only)

That two-day period was a bug, my first character got them all, my second character none. And not all account had them in store.
