Monthly "Daily Objective" RP payout not happening.

So I've been doing my daily objectives for several months. Last month on my 28th day, upon completing the last objective, I got the notification and the money but it didn't give me the 50,000 RP. In fact, this happened on BOTH my characters. I opened a ticket with Rockstar support that initially told me they couldn't do anything but it was pretty clear they didn't actually read the details. I pressed a little harder and they finally said "upon further investigation" they concluded I didn't get the RP and paid it to one of my characters. Again, not reading carefully I pressed again and got the RP for my Slot 2 character as well. I made it clear in my ticket that I was more concerned that this was a bug with the daily objectives.

 

Fast forward to last night, I came upon my 28th day and this time I wrote down my RP score and money to see if it was giving me like 500RP instead of 50,000 and sure enough I got the money for it but noe RP whatsoever.

 

Anyone else experienced this?

on my 2nd i thought i was losing my mind because it didnt rank up but i'm cool i got my money both my char high level 623 and 222 i'm in it for the cash at this point lol

They have definitely gotten worse these last few weeks.

 

The main issue I used to have was not being issued new objectives sometimes. That caused my progress to reset. But these last few weeks it is reseting progress randomly, without me knowing.

 

I asked Rockstar, and they said I have missed a day. This isn't true. Can't be f*cked to battle them over it.

I've never had an issue getting the objectives issued to me. I typically work on them in a Friend lobby and do everything I can solo. Sometimes in public lobbies I've had issues with it saving right away. I've definitely learned to switch back to story mode and then get online again and make certain everything is checked off.

 

All that said, that isn't my issue though. I get credit on the 28th day after completing the 3rd one. I see the notification and money is put into my account but this is the second time in a row I didn't get the RP portion of the award on either character so it works out to 4 times in the last couple of months. Pretty sure 1.40 broke it somehow.

It definitely sounds like a new bug that has come into the game recently. I'm not sure if it is easily done on Xbox One/PC but if you are on PS4 did you manage to record gameplay footage of the moment when you received the money payout? That way the money going in would prove to Rockstar that you completed the 28 days but they'll be able to see for themselves that your RP bar doesn't receive anything. It sounds like you've managed to get Rockstar to award you the RP in the past when similar things have happened though in my experience whenever you report an issue they always seem to want video proof before they will take it seriously so hopefully you managed to record it.

Well they've awarded the RP to both my characters again. However, from the simple, short responses that's all they're doing with the info. I really want it escalated so someone is at least aware of the problem. I work in IT and have for a long time, I get so sick of people insulating themselves from the front lines so much they are clueless of the what's actually going on. It's nearly impossible to even find a way to actually contact them. Then tier 1 just blows you off. How does anything ever actually become a known issue?

It's bugged. I've not received my last 2 monthly RP payouts. Daily and weekly RP payouts are fine.

I thought it was only me, rockstar are scumbags for sure, they didn't give me my rp just 500k pieces of sh*t

3+ months for me and it's still an issue, had hoped the recent update would have had a fix. I've opened a case with them each month. They've given me the RP but clearly aren't interested in fixing it.
