So I sent a suggestion to Rockstar for GTA Online...

I sent them this suggestion as a possible feature to add to the game...

 

I have a suggestion. I noticed that after you make a decent amount of money through CEO activities.. your office becomes littered with cash and drugs laying around. While this may be enjoyed by some, by others it is a nuisance. The same applies for MC businesses.

My suggestion would be this: Add an option to enable/disable office and clubhouse clutter/messiness.

One way that I think this could be incorporated would be to make it an available option for your office assistant or club bartender. When you approach them, you can open a menu, and one of the options would be to "clean up office" or "tidy up office". Or possibly, an option to toggle between "clean office" or "Messy office" could also be available via the same menu.

Anyone else a little annoyed by the clutter and want to find a middle-ground solution for both those who enjoy the "money filthy tycoon mess" and those who prefer the "Clean cut quarters" look? I think this would be a great solution and I don't see it being all that hard to include into the next update by Rockstar.... Thoughts? ​

We've already got the maid - male or female - as an Assistant in the Office.

 

I mean, every time I go there, she's just sitting in the chair. I think the only time she left it was when she got her arse down to the vehicle warehouse or in the custom Auto Shop and that was it.

 

She can learn about elbow grease and do some real work rather than bothering us about the once-in-a-blue-moon special item.

Well, clubhouse clutter isn't that annoying and out of place like office clutter. Clubhouse already comes with so many objects that if anything gets added in there, you wouldn't notice unless you keep everything noted down with screenshots.

Since that "cargo bullsh*t" appeared and I did 2 sales I'm still sitting on 5 full warehouses - 3 large, 1 medium and a small one full of specials. I want to have my office clean, so I never touched the sale-button again. thb, I'd pay for that decision - I'd love to grind and sale more crates - if only my office would stay clear.

Office clutter is a big reason I decided to avoid crates & stick to IE work from my office.

 

Lombank, especially with an old spice interior, is far too nice to little with bundles of cash, coke stuffed action figures, and other assorted crap.

I actually like the artifacts that show up. In the previous GTA games as you made progress your safe house would slightly change and you would start having items from throughout the game show up to clutter your space.

Except they won't, they almost never do care for the big issues. They will pounce on money glitches sure, sometimes in mere hours. But balance? They wouldn't know balance if it matched up and kicked them in the balls.

This wouldn't be a very time-consuming fix at all, it's a minor fix that would have a very beneficial impact.

Like reducing speed / removing the ability to run while zooming with a sniper. It's such a simple change, but it will encourage players to use non-sniper weapons

But you should know by now what Rockstar are like - they're not going to implement this any time soon, if ever. It's like wanting to order our list of Pegasus vehicles alphabetically (like this is any big deal) but it never happens.

 

Good for you on plaguing Rockstar about this though. They should get onto this at once.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I just started getting into GTA:O consistently and love it, I just see alot of minor fixes that could help alot.

They need to let us refill our MkII ammo in our CEOs MOC.

It's complete bullsh*t that if I am working for a friend I have to leave the Org to call my MOC, refill the ammo and then ask for an Invite back in.

If they suck that hard and can't do that, just give us access to our own MOC while working for others.

Yeah, but point is, Rockstar never cares and listen no one, people were asking very nicely to disable passive in armed vehicles and where is that?

 

They only cares about ridiculous things, I've yet to see more than 10 outfit slots, instead of reskinned vehicles and adversary modes.

 

The big updates they do, do nothing in terms of improving the actual game foundation, but adding a new ways to make players waste more money for sharks for new grind mode/guns/cars.

 

If I could a change a thing, it would dealing with critical issues game having since launch, and then implement nice optional things second.

They kinda implemented that into the 1mil apartments where if you were to invite over a stripper, she would leave various underwear around the apartment then you'd get charged for the maid cleaning that up. Looks like a R* logic to me, underwear around the apartment? No problem! The maid will clean it up. Office littered with cash and random expensive and unopened goods? Nah, that's too big of a mess for the maid to clean up.

Personally I like hanging out in my office quite often, and I really hate the mess that's made from the earned cash and purchased goods. But I'm cool with some cash rolls and bags of coke laying around on the table or the pills on the bar, as well as some bullion bars and a briefcase full of cash on the desk. Maybe even more cash under the coffee table. That's the kind of "organized" mess I would have in my office.

Therefore I vote yes.
