Can someone help me fix these Bugs?

Whenever I killed someone and their body fall into water, no blood coming from the body (there's no blood in the water)

 

When I kill someone, their blood pool doesn't detailed, they look cartoony, there's a rare chance the blood pool get detailed

 

When I kill someone in secluded place, people from the street seems to be able to see me through wall

 

Object from Michael and Franklin house missing some object

 

Car interior loads low quality (the one used in LG) sometimes

 

Can anyone help me? these problem really annoy me
