How many more Supers until the end of GTA:O?

You better wish they dont add it. As it will probably be something like Grotti Cheetah with some little tweaks. But grotti cheetah is an ugly car already.

I reckon about 5-6 supers per year and we've probably got another 3 years to go. That 3 years will likely include a Benny's/Tuner dlc so 20+ is easily possible

As more sh*t gets released IRL, they will keep adding new supers until it stops being profitable.

And considering how many super and hyper cars are coming out, I'm expecting at least 30 new supers before they drop support for the game.

 

And the game will still have only 10 compacts.

That. An Entity successor and more sport wagons would be really nice. I'd like to see something based on Audy RS6, Obey seems to be pretty much ignored since there are only a few cars of that manufacture and we didn't get a single one since Omnis, Obey is simply ignored by rockstar while we have lots of grotti and pegassi cars.

Well, GTAO's just hit peak engagement levels again with Gunrunning, and has just been renewed, presumably for at least another year (December 2018, minimum, I reckon), so I don't know if it's 'near the end', exactly.

 

As for how many supers, depends on whether R* sticks to their current approach, or mixes things up a bit - between Import/Export and Gunrunning, we've had 10 supers/hypers in the actual Super class, and then another four 'retro' supers in Sports Classics. And that's not taking into account the possibility that R* does something stupid like the Sultan RS and Banshee 900R as 'supers' again...

 

Between the end of this year (because you know that at least one of the two updates left for 2017 will have a handful of supers), and December 2018, I reckon either side of 20, give or take (again, depends on whether you include 'real-life supers that aren't in the Super class'). And that might not even be the end, so don't expect the endless stream of high-end cars to slow down any time soon...

^ In all fairness, that's partly because the 'Coupes' class is a weird non-class that doesn't make any sense.

 

...no, really - coupé is a body style, not a 'class'. Technically, things like Vigero is a 'coupe', and most of the hardtop cars in Sports are, too. Meanwhile, you've got the two Felon variants, one of which is a sedan (so not a coupé), and the other is a two-door convertible (so also not a coupé). It's basically a weird catch-all 'luxury' or 'executive' class - and frankly, R* should have just gone with the old Executive class from GTA IV instead.

And we do get stuff that wouldn't be out of place among that class, too - just normally in Sports. Stuff like the Seven-70, or particularly the Lynx - if a sorta-kinda XK X150 (F620) can be in 'Coupes' instead of Sports, then an F-type-ish thing (Lynx) really ought to be in the same place.

 

 

...but then again, 'Muscle' means everything from actual muscle cars, through 'personal luxury cars', to hot rods, vintage stuff (more like GTA IV's 'American Classics' class), and ...yeah, let's ignore the random minivans, eh? And the same for 'Sports Classics', which covers actual classic sports cars like the Stirling GT, but also vintage sedans, and marginally-older supers that are still more modern than a couple of things in the Sports class...

Im afraid you are right. Though I think we need more muscle cars, compact cars and such. With a lot of customisation options.

Probably because they can set the price to a million GTA$, you can't do that to muscle or sports cars chances are if they set a million price in a sport car, not lots of player are going to buy it, take a look at the lynx and drift tampa, its a rare car cause its pricey and horrible, but with supercars they can set it fast and expensive, more profits for T2 and R* and their stock went ballistic in the stock exchange...

I mean the option to totally customise it. Just like with the lowriders. Maybe its expensive but in my opinion its more fun than overhauling a boring supercar.

 

And i do understand your point. But im just saying there are too many supercars.

^ hmm in my opinion you can go flashy with a supercar like adding livery or adding some weird bodykits, but i don't like ruining the factory look of it, for me i only buy supercar if it is approved by broughy, metoxys or PRG, cause i dont like to buy a super car just for showing off, it's like you buying running shoes but you never do a marathon, i like to use it for racing, but if the modifications improves the handling i'll gladly go for it

 

And for the hermes i agree, they should add more classic gta vehicles, hermes, deluxo or maybe my favorite hotring racer and bloodring banger that would be awesome

Supers aren't my thing, but I'd love to see a Ferrari 458 Speciale Aparta or a 488 Spyder.

I really don't understand why didn't they add this from the begining. We have comet, we have infernus and a lot of others sports/supers and we still haven't got this. It was my favourite car in IV. Hope they will finally add it soon as we are getting some classic cars from previous GTAs. We even got the freaking elegy I've been missing from the very release of the game.

Lets be honest, R* isn't going to move away from supers anytime soon and that's okay as long as they're introducing other classes of cars at the same time.

 

I personally would like R* to move away from the road focused cars and move into more race specific cars and features as they have touched on in the past. The racing community in GTA Online is HUGE and would give so many people much more to do.
