Lemoyne outlaw Posted August 1, 2017 Share Posted August 1, 2017 the only time i remember seeing the fib buffalo in that mission. is when franklin drops off lamar. after their conversation steve haines and dave norton are shown with the car. but i dont think it is obtainable.
