Helping out a Noob on picking between a CEO or MC

I own all businesses and I say CEO since 1 you can fill up on all the snacks beer and cigarettes you want from your secretary for $1 any time your in the building 2 it can let you spawn an attack buzzard right next to you for $25,000 or for free if you own one also it lets you have access to CEO cars which is the highest paying per hour activity in the game (outside of having a legendary heist team) true it's a bit hard but you can make $100,000 per 20 minutes when you have mastered as a person who makes millions per day off of it alone I can't recommend CEO cars hard enough

i also say go ceo since you can make some nice gta $$$ but in my ceo office the snacks are always listed as free?

and i also have a mc club which i don't open much anymore and to go slightly off topic, op might want to buy and upgrade a bunker since when you've built enough weapons you can make some nice gta $$$ there as well.

 

what kind of upgrades would you consider for the Bunker?

security, the golf carts are optional and start doing researching and unlock various weapons and upgrades.

as i stated before once you've built enough weapons you can sell them and make some nice gta $$$.

also buying and upgrading the mobile command center is worth it.

Ok, since i posted this i went ahead and got myself the Office close to the beach (West Bank i think is what is called). I've been doing some VIP (doing numerous work with the Oppressor has saved me on travel distance incredibly) , heist, and several 2x RP and $ adversary and MOC Missions in order to buy a vehicle warehouse as my source of Income (along with my Bunker).

 

I only have one question, since i try my best to only play strictly in a solo Lobby session, would buying the cheapest Vehicle Warehouse (La Mesa) be the way to go? I can purchase this and probably go for one last big grind in order to also purchase a Buzzard as well. Or would it be safe to grind some more and buy the La Puerta warehouse in order to prevent any additional damage to my vehicle from Gangs, alleyways, etc...?

just buy the cheapest Vehicle warehouse , they are all the same except the location of course .... plus don´t worry, the gangs around won t be damaging your cars that much ...

La mesa warehouse is actually the best IMO since it s very close to the highway ....

I would go ceo hands down. Best investment I ever did. Vehicle cargo is the best money making besides pac standard finales but they can get boring. Still doing the vehicle cargo since it came out.

Buy the La Mesa warehouse. It's the cheapest and at the same time most effective warehouse for running cars.

I'd suggest getting the most expensive vehicle warehouse. The one by the helipad.

So I've been breaking my neck to get a Bunker and an M.O.C. when I already have CEO?

Business wise, CEO all the way. A lot more monetarily rewarding than MCs.

 

But for bunker missions during Freeroam, I stick with creating an MC for the sole fact that I can spawn any motorcycle I own without cooldown nor driving far away from my PV

I tend to do said activities in empty sessions, so the benefits of being a CEO don't really matter much when there are no players to compete against

CEO for sure I/E is good money, Headhunter with a buzzard is super easy and you can get a Buzzard dropped right next to you. I know it probably sounds stupid but the free snacks are good too all you have to do is talk to your assistant on the way to your computer where as with the store you have to go out of your way to go there if you remember and then you have to pay for them and I don't think you can completely fill up at one store.

Update: Since i've listened to you guy's suggestions on what to buy, i've have accumulated around 7 mil since this thread was created. With the little help of grinding all of the adv mode 2x RP and $ (and also with this new double bunker sell promo) and endless of exporting vehicles, i was able to manage to find myself enjoying this game that was once a disk collecting dust.

 

Things i now own with you guys advices:

Buzzard

Hydra (on sale)

Warehouse in La Mesa (doing the 32 cars method)

Office in MBW

APC (also on sale, sadly only myself to enjoy this beast )

 

The only thing that is driving me crazy is if i should re-locate my bunker business to the Farmhouse one (i'm currently in Chumash)? I would like the have the ability to spawn the hydra when needed but not sure if its worth giving up my fully upgraded bunker at the moment.

MC was quite good for a while and the payouts good for sales. Now the bunkers pay out a lot more and it takes less work. The resupply missions are more fun. Avoid MC and just get CEO for the moment. The CEO vehicles that you can call up are better too. The only small advantage of MC over CEO is that you can have more people working for you. But if you don't plan on having more than 4 then it's not a problem.

Not worth it for the hydra, its worth it to have land to drive over while the high aim ai blast you in the a$*. That highway is what it is. Maybe you can take the beach the whole way...idk, but that was my thought when I purchased farmhouse over chumash.
