Helping out a Noob on picking between a CEO or MC

I've been playing GTA Online since its initial launch back in 2013 and re-launched on the next gen console. After many grinding of races, missions, and heists, i stopped playing for almost a year. Last week i decides to play some GTA online and man has this game got me hook. With all the money i had before, i decided to buy some of the new things that just came in the game (i think i probably went overboard on the spending lol). I bought a Bunker (the one closes to the City), an Oppressor, and a MOC (fully upgraded), but when i want to start working on my bunker missions, it says that i need to be a CEO or a MC president to begin.

Now comes the decision i have to make. I only got 1.1 Mil left from all the spending i made this past week and i have to decide to either buy a Clubhouse or an office. I seen most of things that both club can provide, but i still need some feedback from people who have already been there and done that. I play for about 1-3 hour a day and pretty much exclusively solo all the time, so which option would better suit me?

TL;DR: Should i become a CEO or a MC to go along with my bunker?

CEO definitely.

Buy an office with that 1.1m (1m for cheapest office with no upgrades) and then register as a VIP and rotate between Hostile Takeover and Headhunter until you have enough to buy the cheapest vehicle warehouse for 1.5m (La Mesa). You can add in some contact missions as well along with the bunker sales when you have a good amount of stock.

Vehicle cargo is the best money maker in this game atm so combining with that bunker stuff is a deadly combo.

Being MCP will allow you to have more people helping you out with sales, even though a total of three (yourself included) is usually enough. I don't think I've seen any bunker sale missions that required more than three vehicles. Speaking of helping with sales, if at any point you require quick transportation you can have any member of your organisation (so CEO) use the interaction menu to spawn a Buzzard nearby. For an MC, I think that promoting a prospect to road captain will allow them to spawn an unarmed Buzzard. Or Buggard. So that's something.

Playing solo makes everything a little trickier but it all depends on what you want to do. If you're not going to use only the bunker to make money then keep in mind that collecting crates (CEO) is a costly activity in both money and time. With the MC businesses (from meth to counterfeit cash) you can choose to either do resupply missions which are free but take time OR to pay up to 75k at a time to have your supplies filled up for a business. The latter cuts into your profit but you'll save many hours of playtime. Same with the bunker, actually.

Honestly, if your bunker is the key part here, it doesn't matter a whole lot. I'd personally recommend becoming an MCP so that you and your helpers can always easily and quickly have transportation in the form of motorcycles whenever you're near any road.

About the solo play thing, if you're actually getting in one to three hours a day reliably, I would recommend you join a crew that has been made to help people sell stock in controlled sessions. There's a bunch around for each platform I think. For making money, all you'd have to do is join one, get into a "safe" session. Buy supplies for all your businesses, help other people sell their stuff and when your product is ready, get them to help you sell YOUR stuff. In that situation, always sell far and you'll make the money back easily.

The amount of time you and other players save by helping eachother out in sales is immense. There's a bunch of CEO and MCP sell missions where you can't help but (nearly) run out the timer when you're on your own while it would take a third or a quarter of the time if you have helpers.

All in all you'd be making profit AND saving tons of time. Recommend the crew thing.

I own all businesses and I say CEO since 1 you can fill up on all the snacks beer and cigarettes you want from your secretary for $1 any time your in the building 2 it can let you spawn an attack buzzard right next to you for $25,000 or for free if you own one also it lets you have access to CEO cars which is the highest paying per hour activity in the game (outside of having a legendary heist team) true it's a bit hard but you can make $100,000 per 20 minutes when you have mastered as a person who makes millions per day off of it alone I can't recommend CEO cars hard enough

I've done both biker and CEO work and I think the CEO work is better. I play by myself and the CEO work allows me to control how much I buy and sell. The purchase prices vary but selling 8 crates will get you over A hundred grand. Plus there are VIP tasks that are also worth the time. Sightseer is my favorite, you just drive around picking up packages and in less than 15 minutes, you have $25,000. The other day, I sold 27 crates and did three sightseer and made almost $400,000.

After reading some of your feedbacks, i'm leaning towards getting an office. If i choose this path, is there some things that i should have already before hand? I mostly own four vehicles (two sports cars, a Duke of death, and a Oppressor)

The diversity/variety of jobs with CEO far outclasses Biker content. Even if you end up getting tired of the different CEO quick menu jobs like Headhunter & Sightseer, you can go to the crate delivery opportunities. In addition with a little more investment you can expand your options with the car import/export business, & unlock a whole new set of quick menu money making events via the special pvs, such as Velocity & Fortified which net $35,000 EASILY per run.

Make sure you have the Buzzard helicopter from Pegasus bought.

As a CEO you will then be able to call it in for free via interaction menu to your location.

If you don't have it purchased it will cost $20,000 per time.

Make sure to lag out that public lobby if you want to get any work done.

CEO+as posted above.

Btw, 50.000 threads in a week about what is better...can't they be merged?

And OP, you don't need to buy the CEO Office, VIP status allows you for free to supply/sell weapons.

Buying an office is necessary though if you plan to export cars.

Its not even close ceo is a must have....I enjoy the biker stuff, but you need more than 1mil to make money.

1) vip jobs are easier

2) ceo businesses are more profitable

3) ceo abilities, mc pres has none

4) buzzard spawn > oppressor spawn

5) ceo offices can have a 60 car garage

6) free snacks

7) pegasus spawn from in game spawn

How about log in with vip, reserve some cash on hand.

i could do that but after hearing so many great opportunity i can obtain with an Office or a clubhouse, why not give it a crack at it

Death Rains From Above

Don't waste your time on the MC stuff. Only thing worth having from it is the Clubhouse, for the 10 motorcycle spaces and as an extra property to hide out or spawn from. The businesses are an absolute s**tshow if you don't have a dedicated group of friends to help with sales. Even then, the dreaded PostOp vans and Trash Truck sales make any sale (even with help) an absolute drag.

CEO on the other hand, is well worth the investment. The I/E operation alone, which can generate ~$80,000 every 20 minutes if you know what you're doing, is well worth the costs to start it up. Crates are okay, if you don't mind the grind.

Car wise, I would invest in an off road vehicle. I find it easier in a chase than a duke o' death. Of course most would say get a jet or helicopter and they may be right but if you're not great at flying, an off road car will help.

since i'm still short on cash, i know that i will have to grind to achieve the price tag of these business. Working as a VIP could also help me out with as well. I guess i'm still trying to navigate my options once i get to this point.

Having some type of business discount would help out a little (i heard there was a CEO office discount a few weeks back :( )

Definitely CEO. If you are not in a hurry, save up & wait for the monthly office discount if you want the expensive ones.

And ignoring the fact that CEO sales can be just as painful. Let us not pretend that there aren't annoying Buzzards chasing you around while you're making deliveries in defenseless airplanes.

I'll take the postal vans in a safe session over that any day. And yes, I constantly complain about the vans. But at least they're not getting shot up by NPC's.

You can either scout the drop zone in your own Buzzard or if you have the armor upgrade you can just fly higher & ignore them.

I'll take CEO crate sales over MC Boxville everytime.

I never suggested to start Special Cargo to OP, I did it myself when IE didn't existed yet, but not suggesting to anyone to acquire a SCargo warehouse.

NPC's attacking you even when there's (plenty of) rival CEO's/MCP's in the session. Airplane drop off points covered in smoke, obscuring obstacles at night. The only problem the MC sales have is that they can take long on your own. But I'm not even doing them alone anymore.

And you have to actually do something to get to a point where you can sell anything. Crates? Manual pick-up required. With fees. MC businesses? Buy supplies and go do something else while stock builds up. Crates have got nothing on the MC businesses in terms of difficulty and time required.

Filling up and selling off my warehouses one last time before I'm done with them entirely. Too much hassle for money that could easily be made with the MC businesses and the bunker. Nothing beats buying supplies, idling for stock and then selling stock per business within minutes with some helpers. No collection nonsense, just sales all day long. CEO? Good for cars.

Nothing beats vehicle cargo period. That's what everyone saying CEO Work was getting at.

In terms of profitability/time invested/effort required vehicle cargo has both crates and MC businesses beat.

I would go with CEO. Back when I started out with 0 dollars I saved up bought an MC and the weed business and while that made me the money I needed to buy the CEO office and the vechicle cargo garage I have to say CEO work is better. I personally love the biker dlc though(minus ltj) because I am into that type of stuff but if you can have four friends sell four top range cars with you that pretty much beats out all the MC warehouses total sales (except for the fully upgraded cocaine.) Its faster and easier, just try not to damage the cars too much when bringing them back.

I do not do crates because I find them boring as hell but my friend swears by them that he makes serious cash selling those.

Right now my main sources of incomes are cocaine, bunker and vehicle cargo. I have shut down my three other MC warehouses, couldn't take the non stop LTJ calls and I make enough money just doing those three.

If there's one major flaw with crate work it would be the airplane sales. I really wish we can choose how to sell the crates. I don't even bother with air sales anymore, if it has to be done by plane I just switch lobbies. I rather lose one crate than all of them.

i also say go ceo since you can make some nice gta $$$ but in my ceo office the snacks are always listed as free?

and i also have a mc club which i don't open much anymore and to go slightly off topic, op might want to buy and upgrade a bunker since when you've built enough weapons you can make some nice gta $$$ there as well.
