Spawning zombies in interiors like the cops spawn in Madddog's Mansion

So how do I spawn zombies in any hall interiors like the cops appears, if I make an zombie remove references, it will turn into a ped it always keep running away whenever I set it to hate and attack the player and other gangs, can it's cop spawning change to zombies spawning but noy on pedtype of the cops.

 

I want to make endless spawning then remove reference is there something to remove such as cower, running away?

I can't guarantee that the code is bug free. All is happening inside the strip club in Los Santos (Pig Pen).
